[Scoring in Preliminary Rounds 1 and 2 will be based on the Total Round Raw Score, which will take into consideration both memorial scores and oral round scores of each team. The Total Round Raw Score will be calculated as follows: 25% based on the team’s Total Memorial Raw Scores and 75% based on the team’s Sub Total Oral Round Scores for the match. In any given match, the Team receiving the greater Total Round Raw Score wins the match. The teams will be ranked from the highest total number of wins in each Group (e.g. A1, A2, A3, A4) and will proceed to Preliminary Round 2.
In the case of a tie, the team with the higher Sub Total Oral Round Score will be ranked higher. Teams will be assigned to new Groups as listed below.]

BEST MOOTER PRIZE
For the determination of the Best Mooter, the judges’ scores in the general rounds (Preliminary Rounds 1 and 2) will be used. If the top mooters from the general rounds reach the Quarter-Final, Semi-Final and Final Rounds, the Moot Organising Committee reserves the right to take into consideration the judges scores awarded in these Rounds. The decision of the Moot Organising Committee shall be final.
