21ˢᵗ LAWASIA INTERNATIONAL MOOT COMPETITION

It is with great pleasure that the LAWASIA International Moot Secretariat welcomes you all to this year’s LAWASIA International Moot Competition. Celebrating its 21ˢᵗ edition, the Moot Competition continues its tradition of challenging the unchallenged and exploring uncharted territories in various jurisdictions.

This year’s moot competition explores the intersection of entertainment and technology. The moot problem revolves around the use of AI-generated holography to replace a performer who suffered a mental breakdown, raising questions of contractual interpretation, performance obligations, and the role of emerging technologies in the entertainment industry.

This year’s LAWASIA International Moot Competition will take place in Seoul, Korea.

International Rounds: 13ᵗʰ – 16ᵗʰ September 2026 (Seoul, Korea)
